How to Delete Your Data
1. Delete Your Account (Recommended)
If you want to delete all your data, including any Biolinks and Shortened Links, you can do so directly from your account settings:
- Go to “Account” in your dashboard.
- Select “Delete Account”.
- Confirm your request, and all your data will be permanently deleted from our system.
2. Submit a Deletion Request
If you are unable to delete your account yourself, you can request manual deletion by filling out our Support Form.
Processing Time
Once we receive your request, we will process it within 72 hours and remove your data from our records unless legal obligations require us to retain it.
